CBT

I am specialised in Cognitive Constructivist approach, which is a branch of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that also draws some elements from psychodynamic theories (e.g. attachment theory).
CBT is a client-centered, collaborative and evidence-based approach that is aimed at developing a deeper knowledge of yourself and how you function on a cognitive, emotional and behavioural level. The objective is to recognise dysfunctional patterns and find more functional alternatives.
